Appointment Policy

We kindly ask you to be punctual for your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable time with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to perform your treatment during the remaining time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

Fees for services rendered are due in full upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you no show or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

We appreciate your understanding of this policy as we strive to provide the highest quality service to our clients while also respecting our teams’ time. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy.

Services

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or gift certificates. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in the form of a credit.

Retail

We do not offer refunds on products, however, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product.

Referral Program

A referral is truly the best compliment. If you refer a friend, we will add a $50 credit to your account after the completion of your friend’s first appointment.
